Well,what to say, a company that has multiple stores in big EU cities, and you cant buy an item on their online site. You send a message to their customer service and nothing happens…People, there is hope for all of us… if these guys can have a profitable bussines … , sky is the limit… 😂😂😎🤷

The shoes are slighlty scratched although it is brand new.

Super smooth transaction. Sometimes a bit hard to get some sought after sneakers cause of all the botting going on on the site but neither the less these stores are with the finest in the whole sneaker world

They lie to their customers — I made an order, they simply didn't deliver, didn't answer my emails, when I called, they were rude and told me to wait, then finally canceled the order and didn't get the money back even!

I’ve been buying sneakers since ages… and this is the only website blocking me from purchasing even if I’m a f**ing human, their captcha is broken and doesn’t allow me to purchase.

Worst website every. I can’t buy anything because the website asks me every time if I’m a human and I have to press and hold a button and then nothing happens. The solution for this problem is to disable all Ad Blockers (I don’t have any Ad Blocker) and when the Item is Sold out than I can open the page. Lol great website...

No respond to emails, phone calls. Does this site even exist? I' been trying to refund my 300GBP sweatshirt, due the wrong size.

It's impossible for me to reach out and get in contact. No one is responding on phone and mails. This is very frustrating.

I bought a pair of size 10 syracuse dunk lows from their website. The dunks I received were in size 10.5 and fake. They had wrong tags on the inside and the overall quality was cheap. I don't understand why they would send legit shoes most of the times and sent a fake pair this time.
